Tuition and Fees

September 2008 203Tuition is set annually by the Board of Trustees.

The tuition for the 2017-2018 school year is:

Toddler Program

  • Three mornings or three afternoons, $5,625
  • Four mornings or four afternoons, $6,145
  • Five mornings or five afternoons, $6,775

Primary, age 3 – Part time, (five mornings/week or three days/week) $9,850

Primary, ages 3 – Kindergarten, full-time, $12,165

Lower Elementary, grades 1-3, $12,480

Upper Elementary, grades 4-6, $12,795, required activity fee $335

Middle School, grades 7-8, $13,580, required activity fee $335

 

New Family Matriculation Fee $500

 

Application Fee $50 (each new student)

 

Before and after school care is available to all our Primary- Middle School students for an additional fee on any day school is in session. Children in these programs enjoy a wide range of activities- art projects, cooking, games, sports and outdoor play. The school care program runs from 7:30-8:20 a.m. and 2:50-6 p.m. The fee schedule for the school care program is:

  • Five days a week, $2,890
  • Four days a week, $2,735
  • Three days a week, $2,460
  • Five days a week until 4 p.m., $2,100

Morning care only (7:30 -8:30 a.m.), $870

Morning care only (8-8:30 a.m.), $410

The Enrichment Program is available for Primary-Middle School Woodland Students on days when children are not in school. It is staffed by our wonderful school care teachers. The day and schedule are guided by a variety of seasonal themes and activities. Enrichment hours are 7:30 a.m.-6 p.m. The fee per child, per day is:

Enrichment daily fee: $40 if paid before deadline, and $50 if paid after deadline

Tuition Refund Program

Woodland Hill Montessori School provides families with a program designed to minimize the financial impact on a family when a student is forced to withdraw for medical, personal, or academic reasons. This program helps families protect against unforeseen occurrences which might prevent their child from completing the school year. Depending upon the circumstances for withdrawal, partial tuition refunds are granted to those who participate in this program. An additional fee is required to participate in this program.
