Before & After Care
Before and after school care is available to all our Primary- Middle School students for an additional fee on any day school is in session. Children in these programs enjoy a wide range of activities- art projects, cooking, games, sports, and outdoor play. The school care program runs from 7:45-8:20 a.m. and 2:50 - 6:00 p.m.

The Enrichment Program is available for Primary-Middle School Woodland Hill students on days when children are not in school. It is staffed by our wonderful school care teachers. The day and schedule are guided by a variety of seasonal themes and activities. Enrichment hours are 8:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. The fee per child, per day, is $75 for the 2024-2025 school year.
To apply for financial aid, visit the FACTS Grant & Aid website. All financial aid applications should be made directly to FACTS Grant & Aid by the deadline and a non-refundable application fee is required with the submission of your application. Families may be considered for financial aid after the deadline if funds are still available. All requests for aid and financial information are kept strictly confidential.
