Rock Art
Mondays

El Club De Español
Mondays (Session 1: 3 -4 pm, Session 2: 4-5 pm)
This class is for the little language sponges in the Primary Program to immerse themselves in more fun filled Spanish Instruction. They will learn songs, games and build their knowledge each week with repetition and connection to language.
Enchanted Forests

Primary STEM

Games on the Blacktop
Wednesdays
Get active and have fun with Blacktop Games! From classic playground favorites to exciting new challenges, these games bring energy, teamwork, and friendly competition to the outdoors. Let the games begin!
Primary Little Leaguers
Thursdays
Step up to the plate with Primary Little Leaguers! Learn the basics of t-ball through fun drills, teamwork, and friendly competition. It’s a great way to build skills, make friends, and have a blast!
Animal Art
Thursdays
Bring your favorite animals to life with Animal Art! Use your creativity to paint, draw, and design amazing animal-inspired masterpieces. It’s a fun, wild way to express your artistic side!
African Drumming

John Dickson leads this popular WHMS African drumming group. Beginners and experienced drummers alike benefit from the multi-age and ability group. African drums are provided by John or you are welcome to bring your own!
Swing Into Spring

Swing into Spring with fun outdoor activities, games, and crafts! Celebrate the season’s fresh vibes with friends, creativity, and lots of sunshine. It’s time to embrace the beauty and joy of spring!

Skateboard Club
Monday | LE
Whether you are learning to cruise or refining flip tricks for a game of SKATE, Skateboard Club will provide a safe and supportive environment to level up your skateboarding skills. Please note that all skateboarders fall - HELMETS REQUIRED, Additional padding recommended.
Freestyle Art
Monday | Lower El
Young artists will dive into the world of creativity through fun and engaging projects using paint, clay, and mixed media. This class encourages self-expression and helps budding creators develop their artistic skills while having a blast!
Music Production
Tuesday | UE-MS
Students will explore the world of music creation by learning to compose, write lyrics, and produce their own songs. From brainstorming ideas to recording tracks, this class inspires creativity and builds foundational skills for budding musicians and producers. Let your unique sound come to life!
Cooking Club
Tuesday | UE-MS
Forget boring “healthy” food—this is a cooking class where flavor comes first! In this hands-on, high-energy class, you’ll learn to make ridiculously delicious food that just so happens to be good for you.

Join Maria for a hybrid jazz/rock band experience and perform at the School Concerts! Please reach out to Maria Germain if you are interested. Prior jazz/rock instrument experience is required to join this extracurricular.

Programs run from 3:30-4:30 pm. Students will participate in complimentary aftercare from 2:45-3:30 pm. WHMS Athletic season dates vary from the regular extracurricular schedule. Please read program descriptions for more information.
Track and Field
Tuesday and Wednesdays | Meets on Wednesdays | UE - MS
Join Ben for another great season of track and field. Participants will select between two and four events to focus on and compete in. The events include discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump, high jump, and 60-, 100-, 200-, and 400-meter runs. Students will participate in scheduled meets.

Flag Football Club
Fridays and Game Days | UE - MS
Flag football is played with two teams of 5-8 players who attempt to score points by moving the ball down the field across the goal line. Flag football is a variant of American football. Instead of tackling players to the ground, the defensive team must remove a flag from the opposing team's belts.
