Clay joins us in this role, which is designed to support student social/emotional well-being, facilitate conflict resolution and restorative conversations, and deliver programming to support prosocial behavior. Clay is trained in the Nautilus Approach to behavior management and community wellness. Clay has a bachelor's degree in leadership and management from New York University. He previously worked for Albany Law School as The Coordinator of the City of Albany's Community Police Review Board and as Faculty Program Coordinator and is the founder of #518KnowYourRights. |
