Clay joins us as our Dean of Students. In this role, providing parent, faculty, and student support in areas of retention, family connection, and social-emotional wellness. Clay will contribute to areas of community safety, discipline and restorative behavioral measures, guided observations, and onboarding of new families, as well as support for the student experience on a daily and year-long basis. Clay was previously our Nautilis coach. Clay is trained in the Nautilus Approach to behavior management and community wellness. Clay has a bachelor's degree in leadership and management from New York University. He previously worked for Albany Law School as The Coordinator of the City of Albany's Community Police Review Board and as Faculty Program Coordinator and is the founder of #518KnowYourRights. |
